weak pressureunfriendly staff
the water pressure in the shower was barely adequate i had to plan my showers around off-peak hours. also the tv remote situation was weird we had two tvs yet they acted like giving us a second remote was like pulling teeth the ladies at the restaurant acted like i owed them money it was not cute at all

I am so glad i booked the superior family room sea view! the room cleaning was perfect. the spa therapist gave me the best treatment ever. I did my nails and eyebrows too.
there are no negatives to mention.

i stayed at a very clean place. the hotel features a big swimming pool that allowed for proper swimming. sunbeds were always available without reservations.
the water pressure in the shower was quite weak. it was difficult to have a good shower at times.

the room had modern design and a good layout (i really liked it!). the balcony provided a partial view of the sea which was nice. the amenities provided met all my needs.

the location is quite convenient. it is close to the beach and also near many restaurants and a supermarket. everything was easily accessible from the hotel, making it a very practical choice.

The staff were always smiling and very helpful. i could order lunch right to my pool bed. The food and drinks were great. breakfast offered everything imaginable. You can order iced lattes and there was even champagne. the lounge bar has a cigar and wine cellar. It's a lovely place for relaxed drinks.
music around the pool was very quiet. it would have been nice to have a bit more atmosphere during the day.

the hotel is next to a beautiful beach. many shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. buses are available for travel, or taxis to the harbour are reasonably priced. it's very convenient for exploring.

this stay felt so magical, like a beautiful dream. the room was clean and the staff provided really good service. the views were amazing, especially from our balcony, it was so near nissi beach that the sea water looked inviting.
The bathroom felt small. The space between the toilet and the door was tight. it.
